Bridget makes her solo artist debut with The Chicago Ensemble at their 2019 gala benefit concert.  Spend a memorable, intimate afternoon as Bridget Skaggs, mezzo-soprano and Gerald Rizzer, piano perform an hour-long program of American parlor songs, French cabaret, Viennese operetta, favorites from the great American songbook, and Gershwin’s piano preludes. 

Le Piano is a fine new restaurant and listening room designed around a splendid grand piano. This event opens The Chicago Ensemble’s 43rd season.

Repertoire: Songs of Stephen Foster, Carrie Jacobs-Bond, Édith Piaf, Jacques Prévert; opera arias from Martha and Carmen; standards by George Gershwin and Cole Porter.
